How to Use a KiwiWrite Access Code

When to Use a KiwiWrite Access Code

An access code adds a paid subscription to a KiwiWrite account. It does not create an account.

Access codes are provided to schools or organizations when they purchase paid subscriptions for students.  You can enter an access code right after creating a new account or later from within an existing account.

Enter an Access Code During Account Creation

You can enter an access code when creating a new account.

For step-by-step instructions on creating an account and entering the code, see:
Create a KiwiWrite Account

Enter an Access Code When You See “Expired License”

  2. In the message box, click “Use Code”

  3. Enter the access code

  4. Click “Okay”

Enter an Access Code from Within an Account

Moving an Access Code to a Different Account

If an access code was applied to the wrong account, it can be moved using a KiwiWrite admin account. For moving single-use access codes, or for further questions, please contact support for assistance at

support@kiwiwrite.com

Important Notes on Access Codes

  • Entering an access code will activate a paid subscription on a KiwiWrite account

  • Access codes are intended for student accounts

  • Staff who need access should contact support@kiwiwrite.com about educator subscriptions instead of using access codes
