New Geometry Keyboard

A new keyboard layout is now available with symbols and notation commonly used in high school geometry. Select it under Profile → Choose Keyboard.

For line segments, lines, rays, and arcs, choose the math key showing the symbol over a yellow box, enter the point names, then select Go On or press Enter. This works the same way as other KiwiWrite math keys that use yellow boxes for special layouts, such as exponents.

Text-to-Speech for Math Keys
A new accessibility preference can speak the name of a math symbol when its key is selected. Turn this on under Profile → Preferences → Accessibility. Text-to-speech currently applies only to math keys.
 

Maintenance Updates
We’ve also made maintenance upgrades to keep KiwiWrite working smoothly with updates to browsers and device operating systems.
